Section of Microbiology

We educate a new generation of microbiologists and biotechnologists.

The Section Microbiology is part of the Department of Experimental Biology and consists of four laboratories that focus their research on various areas of microbiology.

We provide education at the bachelor's (Experimental and Molecular Biology program), master's (Microbiology, Virology programs) and doctoral (Microbiology program) levels of study.

In addition to the above educational activities, we also strive to further educate secondary school teachers through Courses for secondary school students and teachers.
